We accept students of age 4 and up. In addition to our K-12 education program for children, we also have adults class. Each school year consists of fall and spring semesters, and each semester is made of 14~16 school days. Currently, each school day is scheduled on Sunday, from 2:00pm to 5:00pm, divided into three sessions, about 1 hour each session. The first two sessions are the language class for learning listening, speaking, reading, and writing Chinese. The third session is the culture class for learning traditional Chinese cultures, such as Chinese folk dance, folk songs, drama, music instruments, traditional board games, as well as Chinese martial arts, Taichi, etc.
We encourage our students and teachers to participate or lead local cultural activities, such as annual Folk Festival, etc. We provide community services with our unique ethnic tradition and culture.
We currently have 79 teachers and staffs, more than 300 students. Our school is located at The Allderdice High School, 2409 Shady Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15217.Click here for map.
